This raw record of Aerosmith’s –78 U.S. tour captured them at their fiery best, and a #13 album was their reward. Now, this classic live album from ’78 returns to vinyl—double gram vinyl including "Sweet Emotion," "Back in the Saddle," "Walk This Way," "Come Together," "Mama Kin," "Last Child," "Train Kept A Rollin’," "Sick As a Dog," "S.O.S." and more. -

I was a big fan of the Aerosmith hits back in highschool (10 years ago) but never really gave much attention to the deep tracks. This week I decided to just dive into the catalog and listened to every Aerosmith album over a 3 day period. It really reminded me of how exciting their music is and I found lots of hidden gems. -

The last official release of the first phase of Aerosmith's original incarnation happens to be a live bootleg. Bootleg only in the surface, because the sound isn't bad, and fits the mood of the performances perfectly. Remember this was their most drugged out period and so the versions we hear on Live Bootleg are wilder and looser. -
